My motivation to become an obstetrician and gynecologistis to empower women about their health.I obtainedmy Doctor of Medicine from New York University and a Master of Science in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. I completed my residency at Prentice Women’s Hospital of Northwestern University in 2012.  Prior to medicine, I worked as a case manager in domestic violence shelters.

My interests include obstetrical care in women with advanced age, IVF pregnancies, family planning, and gynecological care in women with complex medical problems. I dividemy time between my family, clinical practice, and volunteer work for international organizations in Africa. I strive to provide compassionate and collaborative care to women of all ages.
